Reception & Helpdesk  & Facilities support


Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone call management
  • Reporting to the maintenance team on user requests, managing car park access, coordinating access for suppliers and visitors.
  • Manage employee access badges
  • Reporting coffee machine malfunctions
  • Assistance in the organization of events
  • Follow-up of catering and deliveries
  • Manage the daily mail service
  • Oversee courier services, deliveries and pick-ups
  • Assist users with special needs and requests
  • Conduct on-boarding activities: office visits, meeting room bookings and welcome kit distribution.
  • Assist employees with meeting room bookings.
  • Filing supplier documentation and delivery notes.
