Reception & Helpdesk & Facilities support
Key Responsibilities:
- Telephone call management
- Reporting to the maintenance team on user requests, managing car park access, coordinating access for suppliers and visitors.
- Manage employee access badges
- Reporting coffee machine malfunctions
- Assistance in the organization of events
- Follow-up of catering and deliveries
- Manage the daily mail service
- Oversee courier services, deliveries and pick-ups
- Assist users with special needs and requests
- Conduct on-boarding activities: office visits, meeting room bookings and welcome kit distribution.
- Assist employees with meeting room bookings.
- Filing supplier documentation and delivery notes.
