About the Role: 

As a CBRE Process Improvement Consultant, you will plan, organize, and monitor the pre-implementation of small to medium-sized deliverables and process improvement initiatives. This job is part of the Continuous Improvement & Client Performance function. They are responsible for reducing the risk of defects in all products and processes. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, research, solution, propose, pilot, implement, and monitor digital solutions for one of the largest corporate campuses in the world.   
  • Understand Microsoft stack and solutions built on that stack (including but not limited to Azure Offerings including IoT, Power Platform Tools, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, etc).
  • Maintain knowledge and ability to navigate and support digital security, privacy, accessibility reviews for Hardware and Software.
  • Organize, develop, prioritize, and manage resources to deliver high quality, testable and scalable software & hardware solutions within established timelines.
  • Proactively lead and solicit the involvement of other project stakeholders (e.g., managers, developers, product managers, end users) to ensure implementation satisfies functional requirements.
  • Using program and project management methodology manage and lead project scoping and scheduling; tracks progress of individual tasks and alerts executive management and stakeholders of concerns meeting schedules.
  • Develop program materials, including client and company brand compliance
  • Work with other teams to manage alignment between company processes and business objectives to optimize performance. 
  • Coordinate with process and technology managers to define technology requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain process development and optimization programs. Update documentation of process overviews, details, and process flows. 
  • Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs. 
  • Research and resolve issues identified in the processes and systems of a client’s organization. 
  • Design and implement new processes to improve service delivery and ensure cost-effectiveness. 
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. 
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. 
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.  
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams 
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies. 
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification required.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. 
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. 
  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • PmP or PgmP a plus

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $105,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
