About the Role:

As a CBRE Office Services Coordinator, you will assist with providing administrative support to a small team or department.

  • This job is part of the Office Operations function.
  • Responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor.
  • Strong customer orientation and professional communication style
  • Ability to interact with office and production personnel
  • Handson approach with continuous presence on the floor
  • High attention to detail and service quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and available to start at 07:30 Proactive mindset and problemsolving attitude

Core IT Skills

  • Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • CMMS
  • Digital document management (SharePoint)

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily supervision of all soft services (cleaning, waste, reception, catering, etc.)
  • Officetooffice and persontoperson support to employees and visitors
  • Regular quality checks across offices, meeting rooms, and production areas

Direct management or coordination of:

  • Coffee breaks
  • Guest hospitality
  • Meeting room catering
  • Internal/external event support
  • Canteen service

Coordination with suppliers and monitoring of compliance with SLAs

Earlymorning readiness checks (cleanliness, setups, hospitality items)
