About the role

The Senior Change Lead will own the change strategy for a multi-year Agentic AI transformation program, ensuring employees, managers, and HR teams are prepared to work effectively alongside AI agents. This role focuses on behavioral change, trust, capability uplift, and adoption — not just communications. 


What You’ll Do

  • Design and lead the end-to-end change strategy for AI enabled HR processes and roles. 
  • Partner with Product, Knowledge, and Org Design leads to align technology, process, and people change. 
  • Drive adoption of AI agents through targeted enablement for employees, managers, and HR users. 
  • Shape narratives around human AI collaboration, ethical use, and accountability. 
  • Lead stakeholder impact assessments and readiness planning across regions and HR functions. 
  • Define and track adoption and behavioral metrics (usage, trust, confidence, effectiveness). 

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years in enterprise change management, ideally within HR or workforce transformation. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading change for AI, automation, or data driven transformations. 
  • Deep expertise in change frameworks applied to technology enabled operating model shifts. 
  • Strong facilitation, storytelling, and executive advisory skills. 
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and emerging technology environments.
