The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to take ownership of a high performing commercial and industrial portfolio, with a strong focus on hard facilities services.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of all hard services across multi million dollar service agreements
- Optimise building performance through proactive and preventative maintenance
- Drive compliance, asset reliability, and risk management across multiple sites
- Partner with contractors and specialist service providers to ensure best in class delivery
- Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement programs
About You:
You’ll bring both technical facilities management expertise and a people focused approach. You have:
- Experience managing hard services across commercial or industrial properties
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire, and essential building systems
- Proven stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Solid understanding of building compliance, audits, and risk frameworks
- A proactive, solutions oriented mindset
