The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to take ownership of a high performing commercial and industrial portfolio, with a strong focus on hard facilities services.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the delivery of all hard services across multi million dollar service agreements
  • Optimise building performance through proactive and preventative maintenance
  • Drive compliance, asset reliability, and risk management across multiple sites
  • Partner with contractors and specialist service providers to ensure best in class delivery
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement programs

About You:

You’ll bring both technical facilities management expertise and a people focused approach. You have:
  • Experience managing hard services across commercial or industrial properties
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire, and essential building systems
  • Proven stakeholder and contractor management skills
  • Solid understanding of building compliance, audits, and risk frameworks
  • A proactive, solutions oriented mindset
