About the Role:
As a CBRE Union Painter, you will perform a variety of painting tasks to maintain and enhance building interiors and exteriors. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, supporting facility operations through high-quality finishes and preventive maintenance.
Shift: M-F (11:00 pm - 7:30 am)
What You’ll Do
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Apply paint, varnish, stain, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members, skilled trades, and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
What You’ll Need
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 1–2 years of painting experience; apprenticeship or 5+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
