About the Role:
As a CBRE Union Painter, you will perform a variety of painting tasks to maintain and enhance building interiors and exteriors. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, supporting facility operations through high-quality finishes and preventive maintenance.

Shift: M-F (11:00 pm - 7:30 am)

What You’ll Do
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
Apply paint, varnish, stain, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members, skilled trades, and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

What You’ll Need
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum 1–2 years of painting experience; apprenticeship or 5+ years preferred.
Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $33.65/hr, and the maximum salary for this position is $35.58/hr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
