We are seeking an experienced EMEA Engineering Lead to oversee facilities engineering operations across our client’s office portfolio. This role will lead ahigh performing team and ensure the delivery of safe, reliable, and well coordinated building operations.


What You Will Do:
  • Lead and develop a regional team, ensuring strong performance, coaching, and professional growth.
  • Own and run the technical supply chain for all sites, including vendor selection, contract alignment, service performance, compliance, and cost control.
  • Provide high level oversight of technical operations across the EMEA office portfolio, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational continuity.
  • Oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety services delivered by internal specialists and external vendors.
  • Coordinate day to day engineering activities, assign tasks, and monitor vendor and supplier performance.
  • Support delivery of Smart FM, digital tools, and energy related initiatives.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance programs and technical procedures are properly managed, updated, and followed.
  • Review and validate vendor proposals, scopes of work, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Provide escalation support and decision making during technical incidents, service failures, or emergencies.
  • Lead continuous improvement of engineering processes, standards, documentation, and compliance reporting.


What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities engineering, building operations, or technical FM leadership roles.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire/life safety) and FM operations.
  • Ability to oversee complex technical activities delivered by specialists and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, multi country environment and coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
