An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations at a landmark Sydney CBD asset within a key Charter Hall portfolio.

This role offers a rare blend of operational ownership and strategic collaboration, working closely with institutional asset management stakeholders to deliver best-in-class building performance, governance outcomes and tenant experience.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the asset continues to operate to the high standards expected within a sophisticated investment environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end facilities management of a flagship commercial building
  • Partner closely with Charter Hall asset management stakeholders
  • Drive ESG, sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Manage contractor performance, procurement and service delivery
  • Oversee building compliance, governance and risk frameworks
  • Manage operational budgets, forecasting and financial performance
  • Build strong tenant relationships within a premium workplace environment
  • Strategic planning and management of capital expenditure initiatives
  • Lead and develop an on-site facilities team member

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial facilities management
  • Experience working within institutional or landlord-side environments preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client relationship capability
  • Technical understanding of building services and compliance obligations
  • Financially literate with operational budget management experience
  • Professional, proactive and service-driven leadership approach
