About the Role: 
come CBRE QHSE Manager farai parte di un team di progetto e sarai responsabile dei processi e dei requisiti QHSE dedicati ad un complesso cantiere sito a Milano.

What You'll Do:
  • Gestire la documentazione QHSE relativa all’azienda e ai subappaltatori di materiali e manodopera
  • Verificare il corretto allineamento della documentazione relativa alle attività
  • Creare e aggiornare la documentazione specifica di valutazione dei rischi presenti in cantiere
  • Definire procedure specifiche di gestione delle attività in materia di sicurezza e ambiente
  • Gestire i rapporti con fornitori di servizi QHSE
  • Gestire i rapporti con i rappresentanti del cliente
  • Gestire infortuni, mancanti infortuni e segnalazioni
  • Gestire l’informazione e la formazione al personale sui temi QHSE
  • Supporto per l’organizzazione dei corsi
  • Implementare il Sistema di gestione ambiente e sicurezza
  • Effettuare sopralluoghi giornalieri in cantiere per controlli specifici durante le attività
  • Collaborare con RSPP negli adempimenti tipici dell'area HSE
What You'll Need:
  • Solida esperienza nella gestione normativa ambientale e sicurezza sul lavoro presso cantieri complessi 
  • Esperienza su Sistemi di Gestione Integrati QHSE
  • Capacità di coordinamento di più figure e team di lavoro, con diverse seniority e responsabilità, coinvolti nel cantiere
  • Ottime di doti di organizzazione e comunicazione 
  • Gradite certificazioni/corsi ASPP / CSE
  • Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese
