We are recruiting for a Performance Improvement Manager to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to join a global account team.
The Performance Improvement Manager will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving performance excellence across CBRE's facility & project services. This position is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to provide actionable insights, streamline processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. By collaborating with various stakeholders, this role contributes to a data-driven culture that supports strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in our physical assets and working environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Performance & Insight Generation:
• Support data-driven decision-making by generating actionable insights from facilities performance data, utilizing advanced research and data mining techniques.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for facilities services, actively contributing to performance excellence and identifying areas for improvement.
• Champion the identification of Friction Points and engage with Centres of Excellence to map Solution Strategies as part of a continuous feedback loop.
• Design and produce comprehensive ad-hoc operational reports and dashboards, translating complex data into clear, concise, and impactful information for management review.
• Proactively identify opportunities for data analytics to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize service delivery across operations.
• Evaluate departmental processes and procedures, making recommendations to improve service delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Operational Coordination & Support:
• Coordinate and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for CBRE team members, ensuring a consistent and positive experience that prepares teams for success.
• Collaborate closely with Contract Service leads to aggregate and manage Third-party scope baselines, ensuring accurate and consistent documentation.
• Serve as a key liaison to General Managers, gathering essential operational understandings to meet regional reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics, utilizing reporting tools to streamline and enhance processes.
• Work collaboratively with various departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations and promote best practices.

• Reporting Excellence: Produces high-quality, insightful reports and analyses that empower leadership to make informed decisions and track progress against strategic objectives.
What You Bring:
• Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to analyse and interpret datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights, particularly within workplace contexts.
• Reporting & Data Visualization Expertise: Strong proficiency in designing and generating reports, including experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create impactful dashboards and visualizations.
• Operational Understanding: Solid grasp of operational processes, ideally within a facilities management or corporate real estate environment, including an understanding of KPIs and service level agreements.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate complex information clearly to various audiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: An inquisitive mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Change Management & Influence: Ability to effectively communicate and champion new processes or initiatives, guiding stakeholders through change to foster adoption and achieve desired outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to positive change.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Facility Management certification (e.g., CFM, FMP) preferred.
