For our client ExxonMobile we are looking for a maintenance technician. 

About the Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Building Services Supervisor. Main objectives lie within:

• Coordinate civil activities related to buildings, structures, sewers, gates, parking lots etc.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of building sanitary installations.

• Coordinate installation and modification and maintenance/repair of false ceilings and false walls, stairs, external doors etc.

• Propose, optimize and implement preventive maintenance programs aligned with the Nuvolo expectations for the above equipment/facilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, testing and repairs at the above systems and equipment/facilities.

• Assistance with engineering of related site projects

• Lead of construction of assigned site projects

• Perform regular contractor safety evaluation

• Coordinate maintenance and construction with colleague E&PS coordinators and

Technology/building stakeholders

• Responsible for operating budget of Civil as described above

• Responsible for timely purchase orders and choice of suppliers

• Responsible for site stock of civil and sanitary raw material and fittings

• Responsible for review and updating of assigned OMPs (Operation & Maintenance Procedures)

Map out the complete scope of all roofs, including roof type, condition, materials, risks, and general technical assessment.

Register, track, and follow up on tickets related to roof work or roof-related issues.

Organize, coordinate, and follow up on roof repairs and maintenance activities.

Develop roof renovation plans, including prioritization, budgeting, and execution planning.

Required skills:

Education:

• Technical knowledge and practical skills related to civil work, structures, stability and materials

• Practical knowledge of Windows Office


Personality:

• Team player (colleagues CBRE coordinators)

• Team leader (guidance to his/her contractors)

• Ownership of assigned equipment and budget

• Problem solver, with good feeling for realistic and simple solutions

• Organizes own work and priorities within agreed objectives

• Good communicator to all levels of the local organization

Languages: Dutch, English and French (optional)
