We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our team, supporting facilities operations across a key portfolio in Wellington.

This role provides essential administration and operational support to the Facilities Management team, helping maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers, and building occupants.


About the role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with building users and stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate service providers and manage day to day site operations, including vendor engagement, work orders, and issue troubleshooting. 
  • Support the Facilities Management team with administration, documentation, and system updates. 
  • Oversee basic health, safety and environmental requirements, including contributing to site inspections. 
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, operational projects, and the use of internal digital systems and tools.

About you:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer focused approach. 
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration, with confidence in handling concerns professionally. 
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Able to work autonomously, apply sound judgement, and think critically. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including solid Excel capability.
