ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our professional estates management team dedicated to our client in the Financial Institution industry in Indonesia. You will work closely and report to the Lead of the Account in managing the client’s portfolio, development the client service level and provide transactional and operational excellence to the account.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • To manage and execute real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, and renewals in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Monitor the critical dates based on expiry dates and highlight in advance for business decision for the upcoming renewal
  • Lead end-to-end real estate transactions (lease, purchase, sale)
  • Conduct market analysis and site selection.
  • Coordinating Market Valuation and challenge the reports if required
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords and/or through brokers.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and business units including any other parties required
  • Maintain transaction pipeline and reporting dashboards for regular reporting and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Follow transaction processes stipulated within the account and mitigate any risk through the process.
  • Update the lease management system in a timely manner, ensure accuracy and be audit ready at all time
  • Budget and forecast of lease renewal cost for upcoming properties for subsequent years.
  • To oversee the daily operations of the company’s real estate assets, ensuring properties are well-maintained, financially sound, and compliant with all regulations
  • Oversight the estate management function for the operational activities such as property insurance, etc
  • Any other ad-hoc transactions or operational activities to assist the team as a whole or as requested


WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Qualifications in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline is desirable with more than 5 years of relevant transactional and/or operational experience
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude
  • Good leadership quality and people management skill
  • Strong communication and analytical skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
  • Ability to ensure availability and responsive to client’s, landlord’s, and management’s requests or queries on a timely basis
  • Proactively managing customer relationships
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in addition to being a team player
  • Proactive self-starter with a curious mind set to bring positive change to the team
  • Presents solutions to problems, escalating in a timely manner where necessary.
  • Client centric mind set and driving Customer Service Levels
  • Strong negotiation skills with good attention to details
  • Good time management and multitasking skills, (1) able to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines and (2) start to show understanding on how to manage concurrent tasks in parallel and prioritise accordingly
  • Good analytical skills : qualitative and quantitative with reasonable presentation skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft excel and other Microsoft office tools
  • Sensitive to cross-cultural exposures
