CBRE is seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Centre Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a prominent shopping centre in Sydney’s CBD. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth operations, outstanding presentation, and exceptional experiences for both retailers and customers.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Assist with tenant communication, lease administration, and arrears management
  • Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and presentation standards across the centre
  • Support budgeting, financial reporting, and performance tracking
  • Liaise with service providers, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and casual mall leasing activity
