About the Role
As the ANZ Hub Lead, you will operate as the strategic operations leader overseeing business performance, governance, and team leadership across the ANZ region.
This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, and people capability within a complex, fast-paced client environment. You will lead a high-performing team, partner closely with national stakeholders, and ensure consistent execution of best practices across the region.
This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who thrives on accountability, enjoys building capability in others, and can confidently influence across multiple disciplines and senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Provide strong leadership and formal supervision to a regional team, driving performance, engagement, and capability development.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, coaching, and succession development.
- Lead daily operational coordination across the ANZ hub, setting clear priorities, managing deadlines, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Own financial oversight for the region, including revenue and expense reporting, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending actions to enhance operational and financial outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory obligations across all operations.
- Drive data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives, including structured data clean-up and process optimisation.
- Partner with national and cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardised processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs, operational frameworks, and system adoption initiatives to uplift capability.
- Review and approve operational communications, policies, and procedural updates prior to release.
- Lead by example, modelling CBRE RISE values and influencing stakeholders to align with strategic objectives.
- Identify and resolve complex operational and technical challenges with sound commercial judgement.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and standards to enhance regional performance and service delivery.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8+ years of experience in operations management, regional leadership, or complex corporate environments. In lieu of a degree, relevant leadership experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams across staffing, recruitment, performance management, coaching, development, and retention.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and complex stakeholder conversations while setting clear performance expectations.
- Strong leadership capability with experience driving outcomes across multiple job disciplines and functional areas.
- Advanced financial literacy, including forecasting, reporting analysis, and performance optimisation.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills, analytical capability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
