About the Role
As a Program Manager, AI Platform and Cost Intelligence, you will manage a team responsible for facilitating small to medium cross-functional projects and programs.
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives, with a focus on AI-enabled platforms and automated cost management solutions.
What You'll Do
People & Team Leadership
• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Program & Project Management
• Oversee cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.
• Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get escalated and resolved so that the program gets completed on time.
• Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs.
• Work with core teams to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery.
• Create and distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated Gantt charts.
• Conduct financial or business evaluations.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain effective client relationships.
• Comprehend, evaluate, and interpret business documents.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
AI Platform & Software Engineering
• Evaluate new platforms, tools, and technologies. Make recommendations for implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal algorithms and tools.
• Serve as a technical point of contact on client engagements of critical value to the organization.
• Complete maintenance and management of production management.
• Investigate and resolve escalated data, system, and software issues in the production environment.
• Point of contact for clients and partners on strategic engagements and system and data integration.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $190,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
