About the Role
As a Process Improvement Senior Consultant at CBRE, you will plan, organize, and monitor the pre-implementation of large-scale and high-profile process improvement initiatives. This role is part of the Continuous Improvement & Client Performance function and focuses on reducing risk, minimizing defects, and optimizing processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align enterprise processes with business objectives and optimize operational performance.
- Lead process design, standardization, and optimization efforts, including the development of end-to-end process documentation and workflows.
- Coordinate with process owners and technology leaders to define system requirements that support scalable and efficient operations.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex process and system issues affecting client and internal performance.
- Design and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Apply advanced problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies to develop innovative solutions with broad business impact.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coach, building process improvement capability across teams while modeling CBRE RISE values.
- Influence senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to adopt new approaches, contributing to operational standards, products, and long-term improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions that go beyond existing methodologies and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address unique and complex challenges with broad business impact.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a highly analytical and inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $105,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
