In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical, and distribution systems throughout the facility. You’ll help maintain critical building infrastructure, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support a clean, efficient, and well functioning environment for our client’s operations.

- Perform steam system work, including steam trap rebuilding and support for chilled water systems such as frequent filter changes.
- Handle water diversion, drain maintenance, and cafeteria plumbing needs, ensuring reliable facility operations.
- Work in a variety of environments, including rooftops, ladders, confined areas, and outdoor spaces, as required.

- Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.
- Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.
- Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements.
What You’ll Need
