Are you a skilled and experienced Technical Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our critical building systems.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Supervise and manage contractors.
- Manage a technical team.
- Manage PPM data within the client CMMS system.
- Perform electrical equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety procedures.
- Carry out site risk assessments.
- Liaise with vendors and technical staff.
- Take responsibility for the office during power outages.
- Assist in service delivery through best practices.
- Day-to-day BMS management.
- Support FM teams.
- Complete service reports.
What You Will Need:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- SEP qualifications.
- Experience managing a technical team.
- Very good English and fluent Polish.
- Proven supervisory experience in building services.
- Skilled in both electrical and mechanical fields.
- HVAC skills.
- Experience managing critical environments.
- Good BMS knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literate with reporting skills.
