Are you a skilled and experienced Technical Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our critical building systems.


What You Will Do:

  • Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
  • Supervise and manage contractors.
  • Manage a technical team.
  • Manage PPM data within the client CMMS system.
  • Perform electrical equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety procedures.
  • Carry out site risk assessments.
  • Liaise with vendors and technical staff.
  • Take responsibility for the office during power outages.
  • Assist in service delivery through best practices.
  • Day-to-day BMS management.
  • Support FM teams.
  • Complete service reports.


What You Will Need:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • SEP qualifications.
  • Experience managing a technical team.
  • Very good English and fluent Polish.
  • Proven supervisory experience in building services.
  • Skilled in both electrical and mechanical fields.
  • HVAC skills.
  • Experience managing critical environments.
  • Good BMS knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Computer literate with reporting skills.
