As a CBRE Quality Assurance Manager will be a key member of our operations team and will assist in training and quality to ensure worker training skills verification.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver a quality training experience to installers.

Inspect all procedures, specification, methods, and results of production and installation.

Review all project/task records for accuracy and completeness

Ensure that the latest revision of corporate quality procedures and installation standards are being always used.

Internal audits to verify compliance to regulation and standards.

Participate in driving the demand planning process and ensure effective scheduling.

Provide timely and relevant reports and analysis of key trends for managers as required.

Responsible for application of best practice.

Comply with all relevant safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.


What You’ll Need:

Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in managing all aspects of projects within the low voltage cabling sector.

Proficient with MS Office including MS Excel, word, and email.

Excellent communication skills.

Good understanding of building systems.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the QA/QC Manager position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for the QA/QC Manager position is $140,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
