About The Role:
As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Property Managers to find opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
- Verify the database of management, insurance, tenant and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
- Review and code vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process.
- Support the contract and RFP execution process.
- Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
- Facilitates communication of standard processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
- Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
- Manage the client termination process.
- May participate in the Property Management internal audit process.
- Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
- Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

- High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
- A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
- Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive attitude.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Administrator position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Property Administrator position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
