About the Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experience services across multiple sites. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function and ensures world-class customer service for both clients and visitors across the assigned locations.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross‑training staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
Maintain records of operational costs and review invoices, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and operational standards.
Respond to key client requests or concerns, serving as an escalation point to ensure timely, professional resolution aligned with workplace service standards.
Review and approve client-facing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, while maintaining the integrity of databases and digital tools supporting service delivery.
Develop and maintain vendor partnerships with a focus on efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. Support contract negotiations and ensure all vendors meet contractual and insurance requirements.
Deliver a comprehensive orientation experience to new employees and implement practices that help the team consistently meet operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with established safety standards for employees, clients, and vendors, and support the execution of the Service Business Continuity plan.
Address complex operational challenges and identify effective solutions to support team and client objectives.
Develop and apply new methods to enhance team effectiveness and service delivery.
Directly influence team performance and contribute to the success of related workplace experience teams.
Drive personal and team outcomes that support positive client and workplace experience results.
Lead by example, modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values. Support and develop the team in applying best practices and procedures, fostering collaboration and consensus.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and systems within the Workplace Experience function, with foundational knowledge of related operational functions.
Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and sensitive information to various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support reporting and operational coordination.
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, inquisitive approach to problem‑solving and service excellence.

The salary range being offered for the Workplace Experience Supervisor is between $90,000 annually and $100,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
