The Opportunity – What You Will Do

Halifax Office Research Responsibilities
•Conduct building walkthroughs throughout the summer and update CBRE’s tenant data
base
with gathered information
•Input, maintain, and extract data from internal research databases, ensuring accuracy and
professional presentation
•Support the Research Analyst with various research initiatives
•Update and maintain research materials such as stacking plans and corridor reports
•Research corporate information and contact details for a variety of properties
•Respond to ad hoc requests from agents and provide support across multiple teams
•Assist in the creation and analysis of market statistics and contribute to the development of client-facing presentations

Administrative Responsibilities
•Capture property photos as required
•Assist with general administrative tasks including binding and scanning

Other duties may be assigned


Qualifications

•Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (preference for Commerce, BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Real Estate & Housing, Urban Planning, or Statistics)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
