Mailroom Coverage & Support:
Provide operational support for mailroom activities, ensuring consistent service levels and smooth handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Vendor Escorting:
Escort copier/printer service vendors throughout the facility to ensure proper access, compliance with site protocols, and timely completion of service requests.Printer/Copier Support:
Manage routine device needs including refilling paper, replacing toner, clearing simple jams, and reporting any escalated technical issues.Supply Delivery:
Deliver paper products and other print‑related supplies to designated areas across the site.Event & Meeting Setup Assistance:
