About the Role:
As a key member of the Workplace Experience team, you will lead initiatives that support the physical, mental, and professional well-being of our client’s workforce. In this role, you will oversee a small team and manage the end-to-end execution of health and wellness projects. By maintaining strong stakeholder communication and managing daily program operations, you will ensure all goals are met according to established KPI and SLA benchmarks
What You’ll Do:- Assist with the project lifecycle, from defining the scope of work and milestones to post-launch evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee daily operations and provide direct mentorship to one team member; handle performance coaching, goal setting, and support the recruiting process as needed.
- Contribute to the team’s project ecosystem in Asana, utilizing task tracking and workload modeling to ensure team resources are synchronized and deadlines are met.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by implementing best practices that improve team efficiency and streamline cross-functional collaboration.
- Leverage AI to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors, maintaining professional relationships to ensure smooth program integration.
- Aid in the preparation of project data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), synthesizing milestones into clear summaries that highlight project success and impact.
- Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health to provide operational transparency and support data-driven decisions.
- Create and maintain SOPs and training materials to assist in onboarding and ensure consistent administrative standards across the team.
- Maintain responsibility for team performance, demonstrating the ability to balance project coordination with hands-on support to meet client needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in ambiguity; highly adaptable and flexible.
- Act as a primary liaison for client contacts, expertly navigating schedule changes while ensuring team alignment through detailed note-taking and proactive updates.
- Responsible for overall performance and excellence of the client’s workplace program. To that end, other duties not outlined in this job description may be assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
- Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Supervisor position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
