We’re now looking for a Team Administrator to join us on an 8‑month fixed‑term contract (May start, TBC), supporting our valuers with high‑quality, efficient administration and coordination.
The Opportunity:
- Provide high‑level administrative support to a team of commercial property valuers
- Manage and coordinate valuation workloads to ensure instructions and deadlines are met
- Prepare, edit and format valuation reports to a very high standard (advanced Word skills essential)
- Support invoicing, quoting, expenses and general finance administration using established systems
- Book travel, assist with expense approvals and support day‑to‑day team operations
- Assist with internal marketing activities and team events in collaboration with the broader team
About you:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an administration or team support role (property or professional services advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, with strong capability in Excel and Outlook
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team‑player approach
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment
