JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Responsible and accountable for all the maintenance technicians in the building.
Responsible for all the maintenance technicians in the building for the Operations, Repair and Maintenance
Supervise and direct all maintenance activities, making sure that they conform to quality and safe procedures.
Review assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Ensure that all work orders are being carried out on time and that full completion complies to safe and standard procedures.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Supervise welding, carpentry, plumbing, masonry tasks as needed.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, requesting additional assistance as needed.
Prepare Incident Report to be submitted to the Property Engineer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Diagnose and interpret operation and maintenance log sheet and equipment history.
Keep the equipment/facility records updated at all times.
Forecast/predict impending machinery failure and ensure availability of equipment parts and consumables ahead.
To perform all other duties and related activities as may be assigned by the Property Engineer and Property Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (Required).
At least 1 to 2 years' work experience as a Property Engineer/ Facilities Engineer.
Willing to be assigned in Antipolo City.
Amenable to work in a night shift schedule.
Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays.
