About the Role:

As a CBRE PO Admin, exceptional customer service is essential.  The role will provide operational and financial support to the Account Leader and their team, working on a customer account, ensuring contractual requirements are delivered.

What You’ll Do:

The Purchase Order Administrator provides administrative and financial coordination support for the Facilities Management program. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of purchase orders, supporting both base facilities services and project-related work across the North American portfolio.

Working closely with Facilities Managers, Area Managers, vendors, and finance teams, this role ensures purchase orders are created accurately, invoices are processed appropriately, and financial records align with approved scopes of work and budgets.

The role requires an understanding of facilities management service scopes, procurement processes, and basic accounting principles to ensure operational work and project activities are properly documented and financially managed.

Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works, and manage sub-contractor paperwork.

Review processed invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.

Recommend enhancements to current procedures and solutions to boost the team's efficiency.

High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.

A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.

Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the PO Admin position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the PO Admin  position is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
