About the role:

We're seeking a dynamic Project Management Consultant to deliver strategic oversight for a leading Biotech client’s multi-site capital improvement project across the US. The ideal candidate will have multisite healthcare and/or retail construction project experience with an emphasis on capital improvement projects, including HVAC, and refrigeration. Candidate must be experienced in executing open‑environment remodels, including projects that require multi‑phase construction due to active staff and business operations within the space. Ability to coordinate schedules, maintain safe work areas, and communicate effectively with on‑site personnel is essential. This is a remote position that will require up to 50% travel.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Own and drive complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Orchestrate Success: Masterfully coordinate multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Innovate & Optimize: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implement best practices, and introduce creative solutions to overcome challenges and enhance project delivery.
• Client Champion: Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their evolving needs are met with exceptional service.
• Deliver Excellence: Oversee all project phases, from planning and procurement to execution and close-out, ensuring quality, compliance, and impactful results.
  
  

What You'll Need:

• Experience that Counts: 3+ years of progressive project management experience within real estate development, construction, or related infrastructure sectors. Must have hands‑on experience with HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems, including installing and replacing walk‑in coolers.
• Sharp Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, with a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking.
• Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas, negotiate effectively, and build rapport across all levels.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and comfort with integrating new technologies.
• Growth Mindset: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. PMP, LEED AP, or similar certifications are a big plus! Candidates with commensurate experience in lieu of a degree is encouraged to apply.
• Adaptability: The ability to navigate fast-paced environments, pivot quickly, and embrace new challenges with a positive attitude.
