Technical & Operational Management • Manage and supervise all mechanical systems including HVAC, heating & cooling, gas, hydraulic and pressurised systems • Plan and control preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure system reliability • Perform root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implement permanent corrective actions • Plan and oversee system upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects • Monitor system performance and propose energy efficiency and optimisation initiatives  Team & Contractor Management • Allocate tasks, plan work schedules, and supervise mechanical technicians • Ensure all site activities are performed in compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards • Manage contractors and service providers in line with SLA, contract, and quality requirements • Identify training and development needs of mechanical teams and support competency growth  HSE & Compliance • Ensure full compliance with CBRE QHSE standards and client HSE requirements • Enforce health and safety rules, conduct risk assessments, and initiate corrective actions • Ensure compliance with local legislation, permits, and statutory inspections • Manage incident, near-miss, and non-conformance reporting and follow-up actions  Reporting & Stakeholder Communication • Prepare and submit regular technical and performance reports • Maintain effective communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and service partners • Represent the mechanical discipline during audits, inspections, and client meetings • Ensure all technical documentation, maintenance records, and procedures are kept up to date  Skills: • Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, pressurised systems) • Proven experience in technical team supervision and site management • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills • Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple operational tasks • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
