Job Title: Global Sales Coordinator – Data Centre Solutions (DCS)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Reporting To: VP Sales – Data Centre Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Data Centre Solutions team in London.

You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive operational, commercial, and executive support to the Global DCS Sales function.

This position is essential for facilitating the smooth operation of sales leadership, systems, incentives, reporting, client events, and governance activities across regions and providing support to senior leadership team to prioritise growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Leadership Support

  • Manage the VP Sales' calendar, scheduling 1:1 meetings and coordinating internal and client meetings.
  • Organise global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation, while overseeing meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for the VP Sales to streamline document retrieval and storage.

Global Sales Operations & Governance

  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly global sales reviews by scheduling sessions, consolidating inputs, and preparing review presentations for leadership approval.
  • Participate in weekly sales governance meetings, tracking urgent action items and maintaining current global sales organisation charts.
  • Act as the main contact for sales process compliance, ensuring timely adherence to deadlines.
  • Pipeline, Reporting & Performance Management
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports through Tableau and Salesforce, identifying and rectifying data discrepancies with sales teams.
  • Validate key data points, including opportunity close dates and lead country attribution, while creating customised reports for Business Development Managers.

Salesforce & Tableau Administration

  • Oversee Salesforce access and ensure accurate record management for global sales teams.
  • Close out sales opportunities by managing documentation and verifying figures before submission to close-out teams.
  • Provide Salesforce and Tableau training to sales personnel and collaborate with D&T teams for updates and access management.

Client Events & Global Sales Events

  • Lead the coordination of global sales and client events, including industry conferences and internal recognition events.
  • Work with external event organisers to ensure milestones are achieved and manage logistics for sales leadership and client participation.
  • Oversee event materials, including signage, merchandise, and shipping logistics to event venues.
  • Commercial Administration, Procurement & Payments
  • Generate and manage purchase orders in Coupa for various needs, including events and subscriptions, while liaising with suppliers regarding PO status.
  • Facilitate expedited and manual payments and assist in onboarding new suppliers through MySupplier and procurement teams.

Sales Incentives & Commissions

  • Oversee the administration of global sales commission processes, including the upload and validation of commission forms to ensure compliance with sales documents and purchase orders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and audit trails for all commission-related activities.

Expenses & Financial Accuracy

  • Handle the processing of executive expenses and ensuring compliance with policy requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of expense reports for audit purposes.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in executive support and the coordination of client events.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and business intelligence tools like Tableau, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for effective data presentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and an ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, global context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with sales operations, governance, and exposure to sales incentives or commission processing.
  • Experience working across multiple regions and time zones
