About the Role:

As Head of Property Management Business Development for Europe, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth in the Property Management business. It focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding into targeted markets, expanding local clients in multi markets across Europe and strengthening the company’s presence in your coverage area.

This role, which is part of the Europe Client Solutions (CS) team, provides strategic direction and execution, supports peers and Country Leaders in prospecting and relationship management, and ensures a strong, competitive pipeline aligned with company growth priorities.


Stakeholders:

The role will report to the Europe Head of Client Solutions. The role will have dotted line responsibility to the PM Regional leader, PM Country leader, and the Product organization.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Growth and Service Delivery
In partnership with the Regional and Country leaders, design and execute strategic growth plans informed by market insights and aligned to overall European strategy
Develop and execute a tactical business development plan focused on new client acquisition, building and managing a healthy pipeline to deliver against growth targets 
Drive pursuit efforts, including crafting prospecting plans, relationship plans, proposals, inputting into RFPs, negotiating agreements, and ensuring commercial proposals are competitive and sustainable
Responsible for aggregating upsell/cross-sell opportunities from the business into the pipeline  
Work closely with Country Leaders, Operations, Solutions, Client Success and Finance to craft and outline competitive, innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive profitability
Use Client Intelligence and CRM to track, measure, and forecast pipeline health and leverage analytics for growth insights
Leverage Client Intelligence to advise leadership on trends and innovative solutions that strengthen the firm’s competitive position and accelerate new revenue streams
Monitor key performance metrics to optimize business development outcomes  
Strengthen CBRE’s market presence by engaging with industry groups, contributing thought leadership internally
Demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and client needs, monitor the investor landscape and keep permanently informed of the market trends  to identify and pursue high-value opportunities
Oversee and maintain accurate and transparent pipeline reporting, ensuring opportunities are tracked and forecasted effectively through CRM tools
Partner closely with Operations, Delivery, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth client transitions 
Support the Client Solutions lead in any additional Strategic Solutions Workstreams as directed (M&A, Strategic Investments, New Product, etc).

Leadership and Client Experience
Responsible for the strategy and execution of new business growth, including setting the tone for a high-performing, ethical sales culture
Build strong internal and external networks and promotes cross-functional collaboration
Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client and prospect decision-makers
Serve as the primary liaison between local investors and global teams, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities to link investors with relevant property portfolios and services across regions
Engage excellently, creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, ensuring that client needs and business objectives are clearly understood and addressed in Sales activities
Facilitate cross-border engagement for international investors by connecting them with Property Management teams in other countries


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Extensive sales experience, ideally in the Property Management, Asset Management or Investor sector.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function within a matrix organizational structure.
Very strong influencing experience and skills.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. 
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. 
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.  Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.     
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.  
Highly sophisticated math skills.  Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
