About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Services Coordinator, you will perform clerical duties in accordance with the procedures of a department. This job is part of the Administrative Services job function. They are responsible for providing administrative support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions, and senior management.

The myBuy Punch Out Catalog Clerk is responsible for creating, managing, and tracking purchase requisitions using CBRE’s myBuy procurement platform, with a primary focus on vendor punch out catalogs. This role ensures accurate ordering, pricing compliance, timely approvals, and proper documentation while supporting facility operations and administrative teams.

What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of the office, business transactions, and other activities.
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information and respond to requests.
  • Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors and effectively present information to an internal group.
  • Understand and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks in detail
  • Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Key Responsibilities Procurement & Ordering:
  • Create and submit purchase requisitions in myBuy using approved punch out catalogs (e.g., Grainger, Staples, HVAC, electrical, plumbing suppliers).
  • Navigate supplier punch out sites through myBuy to select correct items, quantities, and specifications.
  • Verify pricing, contract compliance, and approved vendors before submission.
  • Ensure correct cost centers, GL codes, and work order references are applied to each requisition. Requisition & PO Management
  • Track requisition status from submission through approval and PO creation.
  • Communicate with requestors, approvers, and suppliers regarding order status, changes, or issues.
  • Resolve common punch out errors such as pricing mismatches, cart failures, or supplier connectivity issues using established procedures.
  • Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purpose Receiving & Invoice Support
  • Confirm receipt of goods in myBuy when required.
  • Assist with invoice matching issues (price discrepancies, quantity variances).
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and vendors to resolve basic invoice or receiving issues.
What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Basic understanding of facility-related materials such as: Electrical components, HVAC parts and filters, Plumbing supplies and General maintenance items Core Competencies

  • Ability to follow standardized procurement procedures.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills for reviewing pricing, quantities, and totals
