RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting a valuation assignment for all kinds of real estate including land, factory, office building, retail space etc.
- Conducting a valuation analysis for real estate starting from site inspection, market field survey to value assessment and report preparation.
- Make thorough inspections and investigations of a property and consider factors such as location and business in their valuations.
- Coordinates team on real estate properties to accurately estimate the market value for financing purposes.
- Visit sites to decipher areas, conditions and determine the local laws and regulations governing the area.
- Conduct property valuations and create quality detailed reports, ensuring that proper timelines are followed.
- Ensure the integrity of the evaluation request through validation of the legal description and ownership interest.
- Meet all service level standards for responsiveness to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in economics or finance.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Experience in property valuation or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to exercise judgment and handle complex real estate property types and legal structures.
- Microsoft Office skills are required, especially Microsoft Excel.
