.About the Role: 

As a CBRE Transaction Management Analyst, you will provide evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting. This job is responsible for supporting an OEM automobile manufacturer’s dealership realty group and will be on-site at the OEM. Responsibilities include assisting in coordination of dealer account activities, managing real estate portfolio operations, assisting in buying, selling, and leasing dealership and commercial properties on behalf of the OEM.  The role will assist the CBRE Transaction Management leader in facilitating all dealership account activities. 

What You’ll Do: 
  • Manage, track, monitor, and report on OEM dealership and commercial lease agreements including lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, critical dates, lease compliance requirements, annual property tax reviews, ensure compliance with property insurance coverage, property values, capital expenditures and monthly rent increases or adjustments.  
  • Review lease terms involving rent adjustments, taxes, insurance, CAM and any other portfolio-level financial requests and communicate with landlords and/or dealers.
  • Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team. 
  • Coordinate and oversee services for vacant dealership properties including security teams, landscaping and maintenance, utility accounts and facility repairs.
  • Participate in various real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration including transaction implementation.
  • Administer quality assurance program, customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards. 
  • Prepare and assist with dealership Excel and PowerPoint reports and presentations.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. 
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. 
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. 

What You’ll Need: 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience, real estate license and education will be considered. 
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems with multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with analyzing commercial real estate information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with an inquisitive mindset. 
  • Intermediate financial analysis skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
