CBRE's Living Sectors, Capital Markets, focuses on the fast-growing build-to-rent (BTR), purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and co-living sectors across the Pacific region. The team provide funding and investment advice to developers and investors at all stages of the project lifecycle. CBRE are known to be market leaders in Living Sectors in Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support deal structuring.
- Client Documentation: Prepare compelling Information Memorandums, proposals, and presentations to showcase our clients' properties and attract investors.
- Market Research: Maintain market knowledge of Living transactions (leasing, capital markets and research) to report to relevant stakeholders
- Deal Support: Assist with due diligence, reviewing property information, and interacting with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse financial statements and prepare insightful reports to support our team's decision-making.
About You:
- You have a strong foundation in finance, real estate, or a related field, ideally with some prior experience in the industry.
- You possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of financial modelling principles.
- You are a highly analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data.
- You are a clear and concise communicator, able to present complex information effectively.
- You are a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
