Oversee a mixed retail portfolio – true hybrid role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of three regional shopping centres across Geelong, Cranbourne and Maryborough, along with additional smaller assets. You’ll ensure each centre operates smoothly while delivering strong tenant relationships and standout customer experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Overseeing the day to day operations of the centres, including safety, security, cleaning and maintenance
• Building trusted relationships with retailers and supporting lease administration and compliance
• Assisting with tenant onboarding, lease renewals, rent reviews and casual leasing opportunities
• Managing budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
• Overseeing rental collections, reporting, insurance and compliance documentation
• Delivering engaging marketing campaigns, social media activity and centre events to drive foot traffic
• Working closely with leasing agents to support the leasing strategy and maximise centre performance
About You
• Previous commercial property management experience, ideally within retail assets
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills
• A customer first mindset and genuine pride in your work
• Certificate IV in Real Estate with working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
• Driver licence and reliable car - all travel reimbursed
