CBRE is looking for a high-performing Operations Coordinator with proven experience in similar position in a service, maintenance or operations field. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering professional growth in a serious, well-established organization.
This is a full-time position based at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak.
Job Responsibilities
· End-to-end management of the service operations array, including service center/metering desk, field technicians, service call coordination, and ongoing maintenance
· Full responsibility for handling service calls from initiation through resolution and closure
· Monitoring, managing, and controlling SLA performance (response times and repair times)
· Planning and managing daily work schedules for field technicians (Dispatch)
· Analyzing workload and operational capacity, and adjusting resources based on demand
· Driving continuous improvement of service processes and overall customer experience
· Ongoing interface with business and strategic customers
· Managing subcontractors and ensuring timely supply of equipment and materials to field technicians
· Improving and streamlining operational and procurement processes
Requirements & Qualifications
· Proven experience in managing a service, maintenance, or operations department – an advantage
· Experience managing field service teams (technicians / service personnel) – a strong advantage
· Experience working with Service Management systems (advantage to Priority, VISIT or similar systems)
· Ability to manage multiple interfaces and work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and drive performance improvements
· Technical understanding – significant advantage in fields such as HVAC, maintenance, or electrical systems
· Experience managing SLAs and service agreements
