- Establish and communicate the level of quality and safety expected in the performance of maintenance tasks.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Working with a strong technical team but is also capable of working individually.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, translating technical system requirements for "boots-on-the-ground" technicians.
- Work independently with little direction and excellent organizational skills
- Implement strong analytical and strategic planning skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets to identify failure patterns or budget leaks.
- Conduct root cause analyses and troubleshoot interface errors between SAP and third-party platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
