About the Role:

 

As a CBRE Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining small buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

 

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate all maintenance work to properly maintain facilities and grounds.
  • Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and process work assignments.
  • Ensure all permits and licenses are maintained and up to date.
  • Plan, organize, and control the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Establish and communicate the level of quality and safety expected in the performance of maintenance tasks.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance

 

About you:

  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in Facilities or Industrial setting.
  • Has strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
  • Can start ASAP
