JOB SUMMARY
As a CBRE Mail Service Coordinator, you will administratively support a team or department. This job is part of the Office Operations function. They provide office support to a client, business function, or individual contributor.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist concierge in providing general hospitality services while maintaining a client-ready office environment.
- Schedule and coordinate on-site meetings. This includes reserving conference rooms, ordering equipment, and coordinating catering needs.
- Receive and direct incoming calls and visitors to appropriate personnel. Route, sort, and distribute mail.
- Order office supplies and other common-use items for the office. Maintained inventories and troubleshooting regarding missed deliveries.
- Request building and equipment maintenance services.
- Draft reports and memos. Answer common inquiries and respond to client, co-worker, and supervisor complaints.
- Use existing procedures to tackle straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- 1-2 years of office, warehouse, or mailroom experience.
- Working knowledge of postal regulations and mailing procedures.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout campus multiple times per day.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum rate for the Mail Services Coordinator position is $40,346 annually and the maximum rate for the Mail Services Coordinator position is $50,346 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
