About the Role: 

Under general supervision, upholds the integrity of real estate portfolio data for assigned portfolio of clients. Inputs, maintains, organizes and reports on information regarding lease dates, dollar values and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software database. Prepares, processes and reconciles AR & AP transactions to ensure accurate and current lease information is maintained. Configure and maintain workflow processes, including triggers, actions, and notifications. 

This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services

What You’ll Do: 

  • Configure and maintain workflows using Salesforce to process and route documents. 
  • Analyze incoming documentation (e.g., invoices, applications, requests, reports) to understand its content and purpose. Accurately assign documents to appropriate teams, individuals, or systems based on predefined criteria. 
  • Prepares lease abstracts and edits them for accuracy. Edits narratives to support computer generated reports. Provides narratives on monthly variance reports. Provides lease analysis and interpretation of lease information to clients. 
  • Assists manager in resolving critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions, lease terms and other relevant items as requested. 
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. 
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. 
  • Impact the quality of own work. 
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
