Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Senior Managers and business units.
  • Manage CBRE office administration to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare confidential documents including proposals, letters, memoranda, reports, agendas, and presentations.
  • Review incoming correspondence (email and paper), determine required actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Organize, arrange, and coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment activities, interview scheduling, hire requests, and documentation for offer processing.
  • Collect and verify onboarding documents for new hires and support HR-related employee queries.
  • Prepare shift schedules for Building Managers on a monthly basis.
  • Generate and submit operational reports including Site Attendance, Monthly Management Report (MMR), IAQ, HSE, manpower, entrapment, and breakdown reports as per defined timelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of direct and indirect employee reports to internal and client stakeholders.
Any Dip/Graduate.
