About the Role:

As a CBRE Commercial Manager, you will be responsible in managing landlord relationships, ensuring financial compliance, and handling documentation for import and transfer of assets, particularly in the context of PEZA and BOI regulations.

 

Key duties include maintaining landlord relations for timely invoice submissions, collaborating with finance to ensure lease payments, creating purchase orders, and having knowledge of PEZA and BOC guidelines.

 

Additionally, the role involves coordinating with customs agents and working with various teams on documentation and asset transfers.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Landlord and Financial Management - Maintain strong relationships with landlords to secure timely and accurate invoice submissions; Work closely with Finance to ensure lease payments are processed on schedule and in line with contract terms; Create, review, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the internal system.
  • PEZA & BOC Compliance - Apply expert knowledge of PEZA and BOC guidelines, including import/export rules and asset transfer procedures; Manage documentation for asset movement between PEZA and non-PEZA (BOC) locations; Prepare and validate all compliance requirements for PO approvals, importation, and customs clearance.
  • Customs & Asset Coordination - Coordinate with accredited customs broker/agents for importation and clearance documentation; Work with finance, tax, logistics, and site teams to ensure compliant and efficient asset transfers; Oversee end-to-end documentation for imports, transfers, and regulatory reporting.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration (strongly preferred)
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in PEZA and BOC compliance, importation processes, and regulatory coordination
  • Strong background in landlord relations, lease management, and financial documentation
  • Solid understanding of customs processes, asset transfers, and site-to-site movement requirements
  • Excellent coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Knowledge of PEZA and BOC regulations and documentation is important.
  • Willing to work on a midshift schedule (2PM-11PM)
  • Amenable to work full onsite in Makati Area
  • Can start ASAP
