CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate and property services organisation. Our Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team is a market leader across Aotearoa, delivering trusted property insights.

This role is based in our Rotorua office, supporting local valuers in a close knit, collaborative regional team. We are seeking a confident and organised Team Administrator to support our Central Support Hub, working closely with teams across Waikato, Tauranga, Rotorua, Hawke’s Bay and New Plymouth.

The Opportunity - Te āhei

  • Set up valuation reports and ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on time 
  • Source supporting property information including titles, rates data, and maps 
  • Finalise valuation reports, prepare PDFs, and manage document delivery 
  • Process supplier invoices and expense reimbursements 
  • Provide day to day administrative and general office support to valuers, the local leader, and the Rotorua office

About you - Mō koe

  • 2–3 years’ administration experience, ideally within the property or professional services sector 
  • Strong systems capability, particularly with Microsoft Office 
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work at pace while maintaining quality 
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident managing competing priorities 
  • Available to work 5 days per week in the office, with potential flexibility after the 90 day period
