Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for DLFs Soft Services.
• Maintain equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor HK staff attendance, invoice submissions, and salary disbursements.
• Ensure availability of DLFs welfare services to all staff.
• Oversee service delivery from partners (pest control, cleaning, horticulture, etc.).
• Maintain par stock for contingencies.
• Ensure a functional Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Soft Services.
• Adhere to state legal requirements and ensure staff medical tests.
• Implement BSC procedures and 6S across service lines.
• Conduct safety observations and participate in safety meetings.
• Conduct housekeeping audits and provide guidelines to vendors.
• Recommend consumables, tools, and equipment for housekeeping.
• Ensure effective pest control and solid waste management.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all building areas.
• Ensure safety practices for staff working at heights.
• Use safe chemicals and follow MSDS guidelines.
• Provide training to staff on company standards and policies.
• Process invoices, payments, and NDC for service line vendors.
• Connect monthly with CRM & BMs to improve service levels.
• Develop annual operating budgets and achieve operational targets.
• Coordinate corporate events, transportation, and F&B arrangements.
• Enhance atriums and support LEED Zero Waste certification.
• Manage OWC operations for zero wet waste.
• Define AMC vendor agreements and SLA clauses.

OHS&W Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety systems are in place and working.
• Check and improve safety measures.
• Train staff on safety standards and guidelines.
• Promote health and safety awareness.
• Fix any legal or safety issues quickly.
• Implement safety procedures.
• Run health and safety programs.
• Develop and follow the HSSE plan.
